Who we are
This website, aulando.co.nz, is run by Aulando New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
The site has no customer accounts, no online checkout and no advertising or analytics cookies. When you use the contact form, your own email app opens a message addressed to us, so we only receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address and message. If you call, email or visit a store, we receive the details you give us.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to follow up on orders, wholesale or partnership requests. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Other services on this site
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the store map is provided by Google Maps, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. These services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, and Google Maps may set its own cookies. Their use of that information is covered by their own privacy policies. If you dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is stored only in your own browser.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@aulando.co.nz. If you are not happy with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
